The Blockbuster store I am complaining about store #12377. It is located at 806 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Seffner, FL 33584. They way overcharged my credit card. When I called to complain about the 75% tip they gave themselves, Jeffrey, the general manager, refused to refund my money and hung up on me. We received a fax yesterday from TNC Legal Services regarding an outstanding debt of £400.47 and litigation to proceed in 7 days if payment is not received. I understand the PDQ machine in question has now been returned and the debt refers to the quarterly rental of the machine. My father was trying to download Adobe Reader. This company comes up as an Adobe website. They are only a software support company so when you download Adobe (free software) they charge you $70 for there support and membership. My father is 84 years old and on a fixed income. Stand O Food 2 has terrible racial stereotypes perpetuated in its game. The two African-American customers are stereotyped as a gang member and basketball player. All of the Caucasian customers are wearing business suits and casual clothing. This game is played by many young children and I would like to say that Stand O Food 2 has just become a catalyst for racist stereotypes. The Space Needle is a big attraction for tourists, but it really is not all it is hyped up to be. The view is great, but that is the only good thing I have to say. Yesterday I was in this branch and was seating down enjoying my meal when, to my surprise I happened to observe what was happening on the store. Itemcoo.com is very dishonest company! I have been supplying them with their products to be sold on their website but Itemcoo has managed to retract ALL of our paypal transactions within 3 months without valid reason. All my items are already with them but my paypal account was placed into the negative just because their account went under investigation. I was never able to retrieve back my money and they even shut off all communication methods for me to get back to them (email, mobile, online support, messenger). just to escape all the complaints being sent to them.
