I am complaining about the Salesmen that came to our Senior Apartments, and lied about prices..also, refer a friend, which means you refer a neighbor, and receive a $25.00 rebate, or something like that, which I did and never received a thing.. Ordered on 10/01/07. Never received merchandise. All attempts to rectify the matter was met with a run around. I was given a shipping tracking number fro canadapost.ca to track ship and it was invalid. I went several times to their "chatroom" and talked with a Karen, Jen and Maria. Said it was shipped 30 Oct and tho their website said it would take 12 -14 days they changed it to 12-14 days from "shipping date" not order date. Also customer service phone numbers were futile. Never received any response after E-mailing several times. Ironwood is the outsourced repair arm of DirecTV. On October 19th, Kai, a serviceman from Ironwood trashed my home by leaving 5 separate messes he made. He borrowed my ladder and left it the last place he used it. He left his powerdrill on a 1960's Grundig stereo. He installed a new dish on the roof without removing the old one and I mean he installed a new dish, left the old bracket attached to the roof, and then left the old dish on my roof instead of removing the trash! I bought a brand new Samsung slim fit 21inch TV last July. But less than a month the TV got busted. Its not showing any pictures at all. Got fixed for awhile but after a month the issue persist. Arranged for a service Tech but after a day the same issue occur. Service Tech was scheduled again but after a day the issue keeps on occurring. Purchased Wendy's Chicken Nugget meal at restaurant on McHenry Ave and Coolidge in Modesto, CA. Despite that it was late in the evening (11:30 pm), I did not expect the nuggets to be tasteless, rubbery, and appeared to have been sitting for HOURS.
