I have had ongoing problems with Norton Internet Security. The customer service representatives in another country constantly assure me that they will be able to help me but the problem returns frequently and their solutions do not work all the time. On March 19th I have entered a panda-ib site in an attempt to download antivirus software. Prices quoted were outside my range and I have terminated the procedure without downloading the software. For the access to the side without downloading the software I was charged by csdetails on transaction number 888-846-9590 £57.22 & £60.03. My attempts to contact csdetails.com failed. I have a complaint about Chapel Sales, Inc. They are headquarted in Mt Laurel, New Jersey... They came to my door, two young black women, who seemed well educated and took me for about #200.00. I bought magazines for myself and grandchildren. This was in March of 2007 and I have not been able to reach them by telephone. They do not take messages or answer mail. I returned my Comcast Cable boxes but still got a bill of $219 from Comcast for not returning. I paid the amount as well of $219, but they never updated Credit Protection Association about the payment. I had just gotten a $50 bill changed for my meals for the upcoming week, and I had the money with tip a total of $32 ready for the delivery person. I went through the hassle of doing all the registration (which took longer than the website said it would) and they wanted too much personal information! After registering when I tried to enter the code printed on the cup I kept getting an "whoops" message telling me to enter it exactly like it was printed. This rip off is a typical bait and switch. You are quoted a price for a service, as you continue on through the signing up process and come out the other end. We wish to ask CBS Broadcasting what purpose it serves to have "background music" on all their programs. Half the time they are louder than the conversation we are trying to listen to. We realize background music has been around for a long time... but this new background "noise" behind the background music is very distracting from the programs and frustrating to the listener. I HATE the blonde lady and older gentleman that are usually in all of your commercials. I will NEVER buy anything from your store as long as they are in the TV ads. They are extremely annoying.
