The Third Watch DVD series that seen me was useless. The package was damaged when it arrived. One case inside was damaged. Of the DVD's I looked at and tried playing; one was scratched, one wouldn't play at all, and the audio wasn't with the video on two that I did play. This video store is owned and run by very rude people, carrying ILLEGAL COPIES of movies that don't work in most sophisticated DVD players. They are rude on the phone, and tell consumers to go elsewhere if their movie COPIES don't work in their DVD players. I ordered two quilt hangers. When I received them the knobs were broken-it looked like the knobs had been screwed on too tight and they had cracked right up the middle. The pieces were very crooked and rough to the touch. There was maybe one coat of varnish on the pieces (He said on his website he puts 3-4 coats on), and that was spotty at best. I had ordered some books and CDs from India Today Book Club on 20th Feb 2007. Till 13th April 2007, I did not receive the books and the CDs. Many emails sent to their customer care department remain unanswered. Though the company belongs to a reputed media group, their service level is very disappointing. I intend to lodge a complaint with the cyber crime cell of Mumbai Police if they do not respond to my mails and deliver the promised merchandise within a week. I ordered some WoW gold from Itermrate.com. After a couple days, they marked my status as "received" when in fact I had never received any gold from them at all. They tried to convince me that my gold was indeed delivered, and that there may be a delay in WoW's in-game mail system. But that is rubbish because my in-game mailbox works fine and dandy. Minerva restaurant in Herndon, Chutney's and Curry & Kabob. You will get to see some bad attitude people working at the front desk. I don't know how these people are managing the Business. The business is called CTP, and I believe it is located in Colorado. They sell a program called Novelty 8, Novelty 8 Pro, and Mural 8. When you purchase their product, they have to give you a key to get the program to print. I paid $300 for this program, and about six months later, I had a computer problem which forced me to reinstall their program. I purchased the program from one of their distributors. I bought the DishTV set top box from Vevek Ltd in Chennai and one guy with a Vivek uniform landed up at my place to install.
