Similar situation. Laptop was froze up and unprotrected from various threats. Charge for antivirus software was listed as 19.90 but posted to my account the next day for 99.90. E-mailed the company for a refund. The next day the software was removed from my computer but I'm still left holding the bag. Called my bank right away. computer keeps getting viruses that try to sell me anit virus software... and when I do not buy the soft ware the computer crashes and will not allow me to re-enter any of program.
