I bought 36 issues of MAXIM magazine. Ihad ordered these issues June 17 2010. I think I received like 4 issues, which I had not realized was suppose to be my Maxim magazine, but was infact a motorcycle magazine for dirt riders. I ordered a magazine subscription (which I later found out was over priced) on July 19 2010 and never recieved anything from them. It is now mid-December and after leaving several messages that were never returned, I finally got a live person on the phone. they said they couldn't find any record of the transaction but they will send the January issue of the magazine for free, the my subscription will start the month after. we'll see how this turns out. read full review »

Really angry about a mistaken purchase on the game while trying to read information about the product, the Convict surgeon, it decided to charge me 25 sand dollars for it although I already have a VIP fish, the Kole Tang, and I really want a refund. A complain was lodged on the 8th of dec 2010 regarding channel transmission(most channels cannot be viewed), having complained they still haven't come on the following day i.e 9th of dec but charged me Rs 175 for alignment(bill no 3541)after two days it was back to square one and despite repeated calls they still have not responded. I worked at this hell hole for about six months and ended up leaving because of the discrimination towards newer employees, the open drug use of employees, the discrimination towards LEGAL immigrants working there, and the fact they they not only refuse to give breaks (which is agianst Massachusetts state law), but will do anything to save money, and that includes reducing the pay of veteran cooks that have been there for years so they will quite and be replaced by lesser paid employees. I ordered a DVD box set which compared to other sites was a lot lower in price so I ordered it from this site. I didn't look close enough at the shipping costs until I got a confirmation email which was glitchy looking (it didn't show the full charging price) I checked my bank account and it was way higher than I paid for the set and fake re-ordered and saw they charged $25 shipping which said it would take 10-14 days. In their policies, it states they will refund except shipping charges. If they charge $25 shipping, it should be on my step within 3 days. read full review »

The "so called" agreement for signing up with Dish has changed, and in their favor ! Received the 1x44 CAROL BURNETT AND FRIENDS complete TV Series on DVD which were damaged. Skipping, fuzzy, freezing and contacted them about procedure to get a refund as they were bought for a gift and could not be used. Instead of directions, they thought it might be the DVD that was the problem. They charged my credit card before the cd's were even mailed.
