This site is horrible. Their customer service sucks because you can't get a hold of them on weekends, and when you finally do they're rude and aren't even able to help you. They also charge too much in fees, and they take money out of the wrong accounts. My bank account was overdrawn twice because of them, and it wasn't even the account I wanted to use to make the purchase. Byer beware, I just fell prey to this company who claimes that they are connected to microsoft and offer online virus protection which u can purchase. I did and realized, unfortunetly too late, that this is not legit. I allowed them access to my computer to clean up viruses on my comp which, according to them, was interfering with other websites.
