Repeatedly horrible customer service on Friday Nights (Panoptikon Night). There have been several times throughout various Friday nights when the DJs will play extremely noisy music that actually clears out the dance floor for 30 minute intervals rather than playing good goth and electronic music that encourages people to dance. TV: Bought a 40LV665DB in Nov 09, less than six months it does not come out of standby, Toshiba gave me a USB firmware to fix it, it was OK for about 9 months, then it does it again, phone them and they took it away for repairs for free, came back, 2 days later it does it again. I placed an online order with this company on Wednesday, June 29th. I waited and was finally able to reach a person at their facility after 2 hours. I was then informed that they did not accept online orders for this facility. They further explained that my credit card was charged and there was nothing that they can do to help me. I have emailed their corporate office and left a message for the local owner and have not received any help. My card is still charged the $30. I had dinner at Applebees in Merritt Island last night. Checked my bank statement and there were 2 withdraws from my debit account for the meal purchased. I purchased this T.V. June 2010, three months later it went haywire. It was past the 60 days to return for a full refund. Lucky I took out the extended warranty. This is the biggest rip off. They deny you bringing in any food or drinks, even though it is in a public park. Then in order to purchase anything, you have to buy cash coupons. They only sell them in $5 increments. You can't use cash and any of the snack vendors for any drinks. Last time I checked, US dollars was used to pay any public or private debt.
