This company continuously mailed books to our home. Each package was unopened and immediately returned to sender. At times, even our mail carrier asked us if we wanted the package left and he returned it directly to the post office. We were sent invoices for these books. We called Heritage Family Library, explained we did not want the books, asked them to discontinue sending them and also explained that each shipment we received was returned unopened. The other day my boyfriend and I went to Classic Jack's for dinner. We had heard good things, but we were sorely disappointed. I joined their website via telemarketer. I was not happy with what I received and canceled my membership. Of course not checking my bank statement they continued to take money out of my account. I called them and they signed me up for 2 different accounts without me knowing. Ordered a pizza & wings combo dinner from Panzerotto Pizza and the wings were spoiled and rancid. Called back to the central phone number and was told by the operator that all they could do was send me another order of wings. Tonight, at 8 o'clock two young men rang my doorbell and told me that they were selling magazines. I wanted them to leave but one was very persisted about purchasing a magazine to help children. I gave then $ 2o to get away from my door. The story they gave was very similiar to the stories above in the comments. Their sales receipts and paper looked like unofficial documents. l have bought Twin Peaks dvd's from dvdhomehouse and they are just rubbish, 11 discs and the 2nd one is no good, l have received a replacement disc and it was worse than the first one and have now - After checking with our production department, they have indicated that this is unfortunately the only Twin Peaks DVD Collection that we have available currently. I was very upset when I was asked to leave after me and my family finally found seats in the movie theater and a man was saving the seats for people that weren't there the manager was called over and he asked me and my family to leave after I paid for my tickets and was physically there to have a seat. Ok i have had the service for two years now. Then june 4th, 2010 I was trippled billed for the online subscribtion for 21.59 twice at that amount then again 21.79 i dont know why the change in amount but on my statment thats what was billed from my bank account. We regularly drink in the Attimore Hall Public House, the service has never been good, but we suffer this as it's local to us and we enjoy the Wednesday evening quiz. TEM Concepts is an awful company to work for. They sell DirecTV at Best Buy and Sam's Club among other places occasionally. They have you drive to their office every morning before he ships you off all over the place, sometimes as far as 45 miles away, all without reimbursement. These meetings consist of the owner coming in and telling you your not doing well enough before he goes and plays golf. I was raised on Petes fish and chips and I still love their fish. My problem is with their Monster burgers. The quality of meat is extremely poor and it is taste wise and visually obvious they are adding "cereal" a filler. the meat has a cardboard texture and is kind of rubbery. This is not an isolated incident as a store in mesa and 2 in Phoenix are doing this. I literally cant eat burgers here any more and they used to have the most delicious burgers around. I upgraded one of my computers to Norton 360 V4 to evaluate the performance against the older version, 360 V3. The issue I have now with V4 is the amount of spam I receive. V3 running on the other computers has a fraction of the spam and I mean 1 spam email compared to 10 or 12 spam emails with V4. I contacted Norton support. What a joke. I have had a number of emails (+8) or so saying they will contact me. No one has contacted me.
