Hi, Last May, i paid 800 rupees to Asia Web Media consultants based in Noida be convinced that they will offer me some good openings in MNC's as they had mentined in their website. I was assured that if they are nor able to give you job in a month they will refund the money. After 3 weeks of long sleep they gave me very stupid low profile job opening. After a month, when I asked them to refund my money, since they are making me fool that they will give me the money by next week. till Date I have not got my money back.
Anybody please help me what to do in this case, as I want to get it back.

I booked Samsung LED - 32B6000 in NEXT - AUNDH and gave the booking amount as RS 200. He told me - Mr. Ankit(BM) then once the LED will be here he will give me a call. He called me when LED came into his shop for rest of the payment. After I paid the entire amount he asked me to pay 2500 Rs extra when I asked the reason he said the product price has increased and it was his CA's mistake that he did not made a booking entry in his system. Spent most of my Sunday on the Phone with Dish Network. Spoke with 2 reps & one supervisor.
Advised to lock all dvr's (TV'S-EACH REMOTE).
No Time Available for Pay Per View Movies, because they run all day. (Total 2 in 3 Months in One Statement) DECEMBER 2009
VOD Movies were ordered in very early hours like 3am, 4am, 5am & in between.

I was also lured into this site by a banner ad on FAcebook. I've complained to Facebook that this is, in fact, a gambling site. They do not say this explicitly. They have insiders bidding. take a look at how they are making their money. The TV I bid on sold for about $200. That is 20, 000 bids. Their retail prices are not any retail price I've seen. Voice over interruptions whilst a programme is still running. For example, The next karate kid was playing 21st March, literally a minute before the film was ending the sound was cut off with a voice over detailing the next programme despite the last minute characters were still talking. I ordered the hot wings, and my wife ordered the "new Knife and Fork Sirloin Steak Sandwich". My wings were bloody on the inside near the bone, so I told the waiter (who was outstanding). He said he would inform the manager. Manager comes and tells me that the red/pink part is just a "vein" and that they cook all their wings for the same amount of time. I have recieved five books from the book club that I did not order, the first three books claimed to be free(they are about quilting which I do not do.) The next package contained two sewing books(I do not sew either) the company cannot find my e-mail address or password because I did not order them. I have discussed this with the post office and a police officer and they both agreed that anything that comes in the mail that you did not order becomes your property. I have signed up for a Date and Dash event in Alexandria, VA in Feb'10. Instead of the promised $35USD fee they fraudulently charged my card $115 USD. There is no phone number to call and the address is registered under a PO Box in Chicago. The name of the owner is Villius Gavrilenka, who is a one man operation and a crook. This company called my husband while he was working today...They completely scammed him! He is a paramedic and was on an emergency call..he told them he did not have time for this but they ensured him it was worth his while with all the prizes he had won..he yupped them to death and rushed off the phone..well 10minutes later i had $70.82 charged on my card!!!Unfortunately if you are reading this is has probably happened to you too but hopefully someone can be saved their money by this complaint..Ridiculous!! read full review »

before you sign a constract, get it in writing that they have a {editorial sevice }if not you will have a book out there.
