I order the complete series of "That Girl", but what I recieved was the complete, recorded off a vhs tape, of "That Gir". That's right...I said "That Gir". The lables on the dvd's said "That Gir". What I got was pure garbage. The shipping lable said that this came from someone named "Mr. Zhang" with no company name. I find that the customer service in Brooklyn branch of TWC is really lacking. We have been trying to transfer our Triple Play Service (cable, phone, internet) to our new apartment for about a month now. Our first scheduled technician appointment never happened. When we called TWC, the rep said, "Oh you're service was canceled." We replied, "well we didn't cancel our service, we transferred it." As a customer for 4 years this once was a great product. In the past 6 months their tech support (all Indian now) just sends an email and says unload and reload. It is their status quo, if you can even get through to tech support. When you dial their 323-257-8886 you continuously get a busy tone. I had to use the email to get a case number at the beginning of Feb and now on Feb 18th I still don't have my AV working and I feel they are no longer helping their customers. Recently took my daughter to Chuck E Cheese and purchased $15.00 worth of tokens for games and two bags of cotten candy. The cashier rudely told me that we could not use a table because we just didn't purchase food. I just spent more money than any of their food products cost! They offer no lockers and we had to carry our heavy winter coats around while we were there (spent 2 hours there). I bought 5 Indian movie DVDs from them. Two of them were totally defective. I e-mailed them to say the nature of defects and I wanted to return them for credit card refund or substitute DVDs of same value. They promptly sent me a Return Authorization Number (786202021051) and an address (quoted above) for returning. Their e-mail was dated Feb. 2, 2010. Hopefully this posting will save others from being ripped off. Filmous.com provides files that can not be completely downloaded & the few that are able to be downloaded are of very poor quality. Many look like Kramer from Sienfeld filmed them himself at the theater with a camcorder. No Joke! On January 31, 2010, my daughter and guest attended a party at Helen's Restaurant, located at 2527 W. Main St., in Richmond, Virginia. They get you to download an obsolete version of their software for $9.99 and then call you up with the phone number you registered with to sell you a $99 working version of the same item. I just got off the phone to India for the fourth time trying to get them to honor a deal I thought I had made in October 2008. I had switched from regular Dish to Hd-Tv Dish. The owner of this establishment (Cynthia Miranda) required a deposit of $1000 in order to reserve the restaurant for my son's rehearsal dinner to be held in May 2009. Last night, Feb.14, 2010, I was watching Stargate SG-1 on Hulu and for hours on end, Nationwide provided a commercial for each break. The commercial was very repulsive, and down right disgusting.
