I bought 2 electric bikes (a substantial purchase) at Toysrus and the handbrakes never worked correctly. A simple adjustment was needed. Unfortunately I waited 8 days too long to bring this to their attention. I spoke to the manager, I think his name is Mike, at the Watchung, NJ store asking him if they would adjust the brakes (The bike assembler could probably do it in a couple of minutes). We bought a puppy from this kennel. The owner said she was "selling it for a friend" and that she had never actually seen the puppy's mother, herself. I have been bringing my two small dogs to this dog groomer for over a year. Two women run the business, one of whom is pleasant, the other is always abrupt. I liked the haircuts and the place seemed clean so I continued to go (at least one of the women was nice). We recently purchased a male Jack Russell puppy from Irish Jacks/Violet meadow farms and the puppy showed up off the flight with Kennel cough, Giardia(parasite infection), Corona Virus, and worms. We have been trying to contact Susan in regard to the health of the puppy and she does not respond back. The puppies come with a health guarentee ensuring on the web site that the pup is healthy and if not they will cover the cost of the vet bills up to the purchase price of the puppy.
