I Caution anyone who thinks about buying a dog from Denise or Kaitlyn Kleiber. They sell multiple puppy breeds under the name of Kleibers Kanines & Revalation Danes. I myself along with many others have been taken by their scam. They claim to register their puppys with the AKC but never give you the papers for your puppy. My puppy was fine before it went to glamour grooming. Then 3 days after he was there he got very sick. The vet said that a lot of illness will take that long to show. He said that he had treated several cases of kennel cough from dog that were groomed at Glamour Grooming. He said my puppy had the same bacteria that two of the other sick dogs had. All I know is that my puppy did not have any of these issues before he went there. I want them to pay my vet bills and I may sue them for it. A $45 grooming cost me $350. read full review »

Iam so disappointed in a line of products from "Pet Organics" They sell sprays for your furniture to deter cats from scratching your couches, chairs etc. "No Scratch" should be called "Do Scratch"! Not only does it not work it attracts cats to the spray and they immediately scratch in that spot even worse! I gave it to a friend and her cat did the same thing. Ordered a dog bed in Jan 2010, emailed & called to cancel this order. After several weeks found out the item had been shipped, not been cancelled and my card had been charged. This company is awful, no customer service, no follow up, pointing the finger to the consumer after flagging all emails to make sure they have been read. Got my bank on the phone, disputing the charge. Sent the package back unopened, and still have not received a refund a month later. I purchased a puppy from Brooke Sanders in August of 2009. This puppy was from her female Misha and Silvermine Kennels male Adam. My puppy Hudson had bloody and loose stools, he had to go to the vet and was diagnosed with Giarrdia which had to be treated. I asked them to locate my ex probably 15 years ago to collect support. They didn't lift a finger to locate. I did extensive research myself and found him. THEY then started taking his checks. I didn't cash what few checks they sent me and sent a letter explaining they did nothing for me and NOT to collect his check. I would love to know how it is okay for a mom to leave her 3 young children at home ALONE for HOURS over night while she is at the bar drinking and getting wasted. Her oldest is 6 years old! My husband has been trying for months to get a crown for a root canal he received. BCBS of MA keeps denying the claim. They told the dental office that my husband needed to go see a specialist to find out if the crown would last 5 years. THAT'S REDICULOUS! This is a definite puppy mill. I bought a golden puppy from this lady not long ago she has about 30 golden retrievers locked in 10x10 fencing kennels. The dogs walk around in their own feces and urine and get NO exercise. Bowls and water buckets are nasty, and they sleep outdoors in the cold on metal for their beds, for it is VERY SAD. We got our yorkie from Queen Yorkies Palace in Denver, CO in July of 2008. Now, about a year and half later we discovered that our dog has severe liver problems. After the first visit to the vet (2 business days later), our puppy was diagnosed with Giardia (intestinal parasyte), severe Bronchitis, and Ear Mites. Although this happened years ago I thought it is worth a complaint here. One evening my mother opened a new can of dog food to feed the dog and after scooping out a portion she found in the food what seemed to be a small sliver of wood. It was lucky she found it because if the dog swallowed it god knows what would of happened. She cleaned the bit of wood and sent it to the company with a letter saying the dog could of choked on it or worse, and what did they do? only send back a letter of apology and nothing else. Sold 3 kittens without health certs. Kittens went to new homes with herpes, and pneumonia. One kitten was diagnosed with Mast Cell Tumor Cancer. Another kitten died within 2 weeks. All was undisclosed and new owners found out from their personal vets. Breeder will not hold up to 1 year genetic health gaurentee. It was vet documented that Cancer was inherited. Breeder has changed cattery names several times over last couple years. Her website says she is not breeding anymore - But she just purchased a new male and a female. STAY AWAY.
