Vet sold me the Banfield Wellness Plan to defray the costs of a biopsy of a mass on cat's chest so I paid for one year in advance. When cat was taken in for biopsy I was called later in the morning and informed that mass had mysteriously disappeared but they went ahead and put the cat under and cleaned his teeth anyway. I ordered 4 special, handmade burp clothes from Burpies.com on Sept 28. According to their website, orders are processed in 5-10 business days. Around the 9th day, I emailed burpies.com to receive a tracking number or get more information about when I can expect my item. I have subsequently sent 4 emails, all of which have gone unanswered. I had a similar situation happen to me in 2007. Long story short a local breeder heard of an unfortunate misunderstanding between me & a client. She used it to her advantage to try to hurt my business. You are right that anyone can post anything true or false. And use a fake name to do it. I used Sergeant's Flea and Tick Carpet powder. Sprinkled, broomed, then vacuumed per instructions. Actually, instructions say for best results leave on carpet for 24 hours. Wait til dust settles after brooming before allowing pets into room. But we vacuumed right away. 4 hours later my daughter and 4 month old collie/lab mix came over for 4 hour visit. My cat was given a dose of 1ml of Metacam by *** of Studio City Ca. The med is ONLY for dogs, if it is to be used on cats "OFF LABEL" the dose he gave is almost 5X too strong.
