I just had my tub refinished, the area where the former shower door rail was installed was not buffed out properly/ repaired and I can still see the track lines and when I put my ( clean) hand on it 2 days later to take of the paper, it left a dull spot that cannot be wiped off with any of their recommended products. This company replaced 12 connecting roofs. When the job was complete the yard was full of roofing nails. The company had to be called twice to pick up all the debris that was left in the grass. They also had and issue with a unit owner about a new leak that was comming into a pipe that was on the roof causing water to leak into a brand new furnace. I purchased a Samsumg SMH9207ST microwave 13 months ago for $350 from Lowe's. It was the model that Lowe's recommended. It now has decided to break, and apparently, they want $269 to repair it. I am discovering many odd things going on with this company gefflooring. First of all they are selling maple flooring and it's really a chinese birch flooring at costco.ca. I don't know why costco would lie to it's customers regarding the wood grade, I find it utterly disgusting.
