The installation was bad. The paint and wood has chipped on slat corners and warped. Little nail hooks have fallen out. Wood slats look to have been glued back together during it's construction. My friend has hired Deegan Roofing, the workers are doing amazing work. My complaint is how unprofessional the "boss" is. He's made racial slurs towards the workers and refuses to pay them even though the company itself has gotten paid. I purchased my furniture less than a year ago all at one time. We asked specifically if they have high pressured water-jet machine and the officer claimed they have everything. Thus, we engaged their service. This company has repeatedly made excuses not to repair numerous leaking panels, and a badly fitting door, failed to keep appointments and not returned phone calls or emails. The manager is rude obnoxious and wholly unprofessional. A large bay window with side windows that crank open installed in my new kitchen area. After a few years crank windows get stuck, , one does not open at all. The main window pain seal is breached at the bottom which now leaks moisture between glass. It look foggy or needs to be cleaned. Complained to local Anderson representative. I recently damaged my vehicle because of a street-light pole that is situated in the driveway of a residence in Wierda Park. Once you place you order online, you get numerous sales messages and phone calls. Then you have to duplicate your order, including sensitive info, over the phone. I was then promised a written confirmation that day via email. It took me four phone calls and two weeks to get that confirmation. I was also to receive a free solar light. Never came. Sewer was backing up, called Gillece based on the $99 special... The only good thing was that they didn't charge us for their bogus advice. This company will not sell any repair parts. Things like brushes that wear out and can not be ordered. They instead tell me i will have to order a whole new ridgid k3800 at a cost of 1200$ just because I need a set of 30$ brushes . I offered to pay through many of the supply houses that carry these tools if they could just get a set of brushes.
