I previously rented a house in the San Fernando Valley of Los Angeles and the owner refused to fix things and abide by the building code. I was electricuted twice and sustained injuries and 2 other people I know were electricuted as well. The person that owned the house owned 80 other properties in CA and the house has since been sold therefore the estate would have to be sued. The new owner is having to replace all the electrical and plumbing to bring it up to code otherwise the city said no one can live in the house. Had this contractor put in a stamped concrete patio. After concrete was poured they then sealed it, the owner sent one of his men to do some work on our patio, this worker drug a piece of equipment off of the edge and broke a big piece off of the stamped concrete. We contacted owner after it happened in early fall, he said he would fix it the following spring because he had to come back for our final seal at that time anyway. Spring came and went. After numerous unanswered calls I decided to file a complaint and make sure no other consumer would be ripped off by this company.
