In October 2007 we purchased a "Leather" sofa with 2 recliners and a reclining "Leather" chair. Within 2 weeks of owning the furniture, 1 of the arms on the couch broke loose as I was getting up. Sleezy company, overcharged my friend that called them to drain the a pipe 30 ft long, took less then 25 min. and was charged $462.00. They had a 100% money back guarantee and the drain was still glogged up. Customer service & dispatched sucked. They est. my bill for a long time by over 200 units. Now they say we owe them a deposit. I have never been late in three years. They adjusted the bill and keeping what they owe me for deposit. I paid one 3 years ago. When I asked to speak to their supervisor they refused.I've read the same complaint from other people. Instead of crediting the over estimate they keep it for a deposit . My wife and I had 2 windows installed from Window world about 4 years ago. The one in the kitchen was all right but the one in the living room is a disaster. The window came in way too small for the opening but they put it in anyway. They used small pieces of wood to hold the window in the opening. They then used probably 3 or 4 tubes of caulk to fill the gaps. This looks awful. I purchased a Simmons Worldclass Wickliffe Plus mattress on 9/10/2005 from Marshall Field's department store. About 9/2007, I started to experience back and hip pain.
