Hey everyone that has a Sleep Number bed. What's your number? Me? I can't tell you. Both wired remotes lost their displays within a week. Talked to Select Comfort. It seems their warranty does not cover the wired remotes. Because it is wired to the pump, it is too costly for them to cover problems with the remotes. I cannot find anyone that has parts for them. If you order it, you might as well plan on hiring a moving team. Although this website's shipping policy says that the driver will assist you with getting the shipment off of the truck, I found out the hard way that you should be prepared that they won't. This service is very unprofessional and the service is very poor. We do acknowledge that the older/senior seasoned repair represenatives are very good and understand that the customer comes first. It is the younger and non-senior repair men that are very unprofessional and rude. The company needs to examine the way they do business before they will be forced to close their doors. We bought custom-made drawers from CTAD previously through EBAY. He went way over his promised delivery date but compensated by giving us free delivery. We were so pleased with the quality we decided to order more drawers through his website trusting that he would deliver as before. I purchased the RCA DVD recorder and VHS combo from Walmart in Fort Wright, Kentucky as a family gift in December of 2006. We didn't use it much because it was hard to configure correctly and get it to perform the function you wanted. Once my son started using the dvd recorder function, it only worked about a month. Bought fridge Nov 2005, Had problems ever since it has stopped completely even freezer section. Have had to get it fixed twice and while waiting for parts i had to use multiple eskies which was a complete hassle. And now all three of my shelves have BROKEN!! I haven't complained about anything as yet but now the three shelves will cost approx$200 the fridge is not quite 3 years old. There is one word to describe the Oasis Washing Machine LEMON, we have had nothing but problems with it. We had to have the service people out to fix the machine every couple of months, the Service Tech even said that the machine is no good! After I was switched to Amigo from National Power company they charged me an outrageous charge of .2469 per kwh. I am on the phone with them for 1 1/2, but guess what I am on hold. When one of the coustomer service rep. named George come he said he would transfer me to the supervisor but no one is coming on the line. my paycheck is being or going to be docked per a bill that myself and ex-husband have not had for at least 6 plus years. I purchased a home in 2005 and everything was paid off at that time. My broker at that time took care of everything and now i am taking the fall for their improper billing charges. I would like this to be handled before furthur actions are taken for improper payroll deduction's. I recently purchased a washing machine from Sears Outlet in Deptford, N.J. When it was delivered it was found to have a slit in the drain hose. After being on the phone with at least 6 different people and having to explain the problem to each one of them, I was told by the repair people that they would be at my house on 8/15 to bring a new hose. Do not purchase a Blackline Helena from Simmons or dealer. I bought my mattress from an online dealer in NC and received my Blackline Helena mattress in late June 2007. By November I had sagging which was having me only be able to sleep on on side of mattress because I would roll down. I agree with all the commentary about shoddy service from GE. I purchased a GE Monogram SS 48" grill w/ Rotisserie about 2 years ago (Dec 2005) and have not been happy since. The infared burners will not ignite unless I use a lighter, and then they will not stay lit for more than 5 minutes. A&E wins the All around award for worst customer service in the world. Whirlpool and A&E have taken terrible customer service and made it even worse. I Had purchased a sofa at cost of Rs15000 during the month of Sep'07. Till date (Aug'08) There is lot of quality issue. 1) Poor striching. 2) Un tolerable noise during sitting. 3) Tear of cloths. We have purchased eureka forbes "Aqua Guard RO Total" for my house utility purpose in jan'08. They are supposed to do 4 services in the warranty period but they have done only two services so far. After contacting Gandy in order to have a new roof put on my home I agreed to having them do the job based on service promised, cost of job, as well as time till job could be completed. After giving them $4300 down on the job and two reschedules of start time they have cashed my check and now have their phones disconnected. Today I reached another company at Gandy's phone number and was told that Gandy has "gone out of business" and will be contacted by a lawyer to ensure that I get my money back. Pacific Sales had an open house and I put a down payment on my 36" dual oven, refrigerator, hood (for oven), dishwasher, and warming drawer ($14, 000) worth of Kitchen Aid products. I purchased a $900 Ethan Allen New Impressions Dining Table in November 2007, thinking that this table would be of tremendous quality that would last a lifetime. I am doing my summer fill I use one tank of lp gas per year and the cost to me will be 706.00 dollars for 300 gallons of gas. I feel this is outrageous for a heating and hot water cost especially when I heat my house primarily with a wood burning air tight stove. Is there ever any relief in sight??? This entire purchase has been a nightmare. They damaged the doorframe bringing in the refrigerator, one man came to install the microwave and dented the vent(chipped the cabinet, also), the control panel on the microwave never was right and it took THREE months to get a new one, the person that installed the dishwasher left the hose too long and when another person came to fix that-he broke the soap dispenser! I purchased an almost $3, 000 leather reclining sofa and chair & 1/2 from La Z Boy exactly a year ago. After 6 months there was noticeable wear and chaffing of the leather on the seat cushions. They came out and replaced the seats, then shortly after the seat started showing wear and chaffing on the chair (that was used less). They replaced that. Bought $17000 in kitchen appliances in March 2008 from Sears at Montgomery Mall, Bethesda, MD. Absolute rubbish service. 4 month old Fridge freezer broke down had to stay in 8am-6pm to wait for an engineer and then it needed a part. I am a consumer of LPG Gas, Conumer No.8740 from Shashi Chandra Gas Agency, Kadru, Ranchi-834002 (Jharkhand) who is dealer of LPG of Bharat Petrolium Corp.Ltd.
