DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! They do not come in the morning, heck they don't come at all. Then they charge you for multiple visits when it was one visit 5 days after a snowfall. I had to shovel my own driveway then they charge me $60. They say they will refund my money, then when I call them to check on it they say that they need a certified letter. They keep leaving messages on my house phone, but I'm not at home during the day when I call, so I tell them to call my work phone. We purchased a Brinks security light on Dec 4th, 2010. We did not keep the box which I do regret now. The light went out on March 20, 2011. It had the new bulb in it that is suppose to last for years and so energy efficient. Now I can't find out how to contact the company for warranty on the light. It has a one year and only lasted 3 months. We have purchased Brinks lighting for the last 4 yrs. Every time they last less time. This last one took the cake though. We bought the top of the line commercial flooring made by WilsonArt for a high end dermatology office/spa. We were told that this is the most resistant material and that it would withstand all sorts of damage and not get scratched or dented. Supposedly, this flooring is much better than real harwood floor and should last much longer. The office is very well-kept and we are meticulous with cleanliness. Ordered bar stools on 2/1/11. Charge was applied against my credit card. Got an email saying they were backordered. Finally received my stools today and they are not the color I ordered. I have been trying since Sept 29, 2010 to have my Samsung refrigerator ice maker repaired. It took 2 months to get a repair company out and after replacing numerous parts, it still is not working properly and the repair company can do no more. Since the beginning of the year I have tried to get this resolved. I do not get called back or flat out lied to.
