Hi,
Our Gas cylinder is leaking from the time we started using it today morning. We tried calling the gas agency atleast 10 times and they responded saying that someone will come to our house to look at the problem. We called the emergency number as well, but the concerned person said that he will reply only after 8pm. Does this mean that till 8pm we should let the gas leak happen and not bother about it. Or does he not care about this situation?...We have a small baby at home and were unable to cook anything the whole day today due to this leakage. This is a very serious issue and we need someone to come and look at it as soon as possible. read full review »

I hired this company to paint the Exterier of our home. All went fine, not to many problems. Quality was OK aat best, but the price was right! I then hired him to paint a few rooms on the Interior of the House. First he had to remove wallpaper off the bedroom walls then paint white.
From the begining, he was complaining about how hard it was to cover the plastered walls with whit paint, and that it kept bleeding through! he left many gouges in the wall from removing the wallpaper but at first did, nt patch them.

Poor business practices on part of the company leads to abusive calls. Anybody concerned about personal integarity should avoid this company. My experience with them has been nothing but a nightmare. At no time do I ever apperciate disorganized outfit calling me a liar when I make the effort to correct their mistakes.
They simply deserve to go out of business. When you purchase from a reputible company atleast you have means of lodging a complaint. Good luck with these people! read full review »

I am still shaking from the incident I just had with this lawnmower. Smoke started billowing out of it...and then it caught fire!!! I had to run for my life because I thought it was about to explode. I was informed today by A Allstate adjuster that Weather Tight Roofing owned by Matt Hickey and Matt Jones are making roof damage on peoples roofs. These 2 are shysters have no clue what their doing so be ware of them and their company. Fraud is their middle name. Showed up AT LEAST an hour and half late each time I saw them. I just had them come out to install a small part which I already had, into my garage door opener motor and after arriving over an hour late they told me that I absolutely had to have another part replaced, which I found out later did not have to be replaced at all. Originally they had quoted me a service call charge of $60.00 to which I replied I thought was quite low. Hired this firm to install new tankless water heater and though the product seems okay, the service company is anything but. Less than a year after installation I start getting error codes for the CR-180(A) - The error code is E022: which means the thermistor is malfunctioning. This malfunction halts the hot water process. Got the mattress after staying at a Westin Hotel and having 4 unbelievable good nights of sleep. It was like sleeping in a cloud so we got determined about getting this mattress no matter the cost. We were told that the only way to get it was thru their online store. And we got it back in 12/2006.

I also purchased a leather Palliser sofa, loveseat & armchair in 2008. When our set was delivered to us 12 weeks later, the seams on the arm of the sofa were also puckered. I immediately called the store that I purchased the set and a complaint was sent to Palliser. I was advised by Palliser that there was nothing they could do, (so much for their warranty). I had Higgins Plumbing come out to repair a leak in a shower. The leak was not repaired, or it was not repaired correctly. Long and short, found the leak 2 years later after floors bowed, water accumulated below our historic house and mold developed in the closet that shares a wall with where "repair" was done. The mold, which is making me very sick, has spread through the house now.

I will never buy from the Room Store again. Purchased a desk from the Waldorf Store and had to wait for delivery to the warehouse four weeks. Picked the desk up at the Jessup Warehouse and it was damaged. Got the box home to see that the side had been damaged and taped up and there were footprints across the top of the box. I am currently an employee and all I can say is run!!! I work in customer service and when you call you speak to me. I try my best to assist the customers. It's very hard when you're working for a company that's very unethical. No one returns the customers call, we get a lot of unauthorized service complaints and people have their credit card info on file, scheduling issues, techs claiming they treated the lawn when they didn't, customers entire lawns are dead and they have chemical burns. Donnie, the owner/operator of the business, agreed to haul all of the yard waste away after cleaning our yard. He also asked to be paid in cash. The day after his crew "finished", our neighbors came over to complain that a great deal of our yard waste had been dumped into their yard. Donnie apologized for the issue and promised to return to clean everything out and haul it away. He has not been back. We have called him 3-5 times a week for over 2 months with no results. This company is a SCAM if I ever saw one. We had a high pressure fear mongering sales person come to our door 4 years ago and pressured my wife into signing a 5 year contract. The company has never confirmed the contract meaning it should not be in effect 40 days past the high pressure sales event. They activated it anyway and I've been paying 25% more for electricity for the past 4 years than without this scam.
