Owner, Michael Wright, misrepresented the quality of his work through his website. He worked only 2 hours a day even when given a deadline for my bathroom remodel. He was in way over his head, despite having a detailed project description which included plumbing, framing, electrical work and, of course, his tile work. I have pictures to anyone who wants to see them about the poor quality of his work. I paid him $1500 in advance (my mistake) and he has not made any refund to me. This company replaced 12 connecting roofs. When the job was complete the yard was full of roofing nails. The company had to be called twice to pick up all the debris that was left in the grass. They also had and issue with a unit owner about a new leak that was comming into a pipe that was on the roof causing water to leak into a brand new furnace. Greer Construction owns and manages several apartment complexes throughout Alabama yet they rip their tenants off with "false" complaints about the conditions of the apartments in order to get more money out of their tenants. Signed up for Pinnacle Home Alarm System Instillation in April 2007. Service is provided by Castle Rock Security until September 2010. Requested cancellation August 2010, 3yr 3 months after installation. However the contract they have apparently says that they are allowed to continue charging my credit card monthly for the full year (April 2010 through April 2011) or automated 1 year renewal each anniversary date.
