Not only did they arrive with Shanghai mailing labels on them but the trainers inside are fake. I purchased some items for a friend's birthday and wrapped the gift not noticing the tear inside the lining of the material. I returned to the store 2 days later after my friend discovered the tear and asked for the owner. The lady's name was helena and she was very rude and abrupt. I have been a member since 2009. I joined because of the Infrared therapy offered in the Contempo Spa package. It was sold in 2010 and the new owners do not maintain the business very well. They had towels with holes in them, they were so old and over-washed. The equipment breaks down and they do not maintain the beds.
