I bought a polo shirt off this website and when it arrived it looked dodgy so I researched into what the tell tail signs were that it was counterfeit. I also mailed pictures to a nice lady at Ed Hardy in brand protection. She confirmed the garment was fake. Ive tried to contact the website on numerous occasions but have had no reply. I had the worst customer service I have ever experienced in this place. The salesperson I had to deal with was so rude and unhelpful. She acted as if she were being burdened by my presence. The costumes I saw were dirty and old. Despite advertising showgirl costume rental, and despite another salesperson suggesting I rent one for Halloween, the other salesperson said they only rented them under certain circumstances.
