If you have a choice, do not use Golden Rule - a division or subsidiary or product or whatever of United Healthcare. I'm a provider and I will not take your insurance if you have Golden Rule - they authorize payments with one client and deny with another. I am less than satisfied with their accounting. They are not paying me on time as they indicated they would. As a service provider, and a well-known one in my area, I will never work for them again. I made calls to them that were not returned and it seems that, at times when I did call, I was disconnected. I recently had a horrible experience with a psych doc Eric Goranson. He does Independent Medical Exams for insurance companies like workmans comp issues. The scam of these "independent" exams should be outlawed! Theses docs actually use their medical licenses and get paid to come up with an exaggerated diagnosis to disprove medical claims. The boxes have NEVER been delivered to the people that purchased them and many people have not received a refund. There was a COCKROACH in my sambhar. And when I tried to confront the Cashier at the counter with it, he became belligerent and started abusing me. Never in my life I have ever experienced this. I purchased a White Gold chain that was sold to me as a 2.7mm chain. When I received it, it was just over 2.3mm. I contacted Sarraf and told them that they had accidentaly sent me the wrong width chain. (because they do sell as 2.3mm chain) After several correspondences it was explained to me that the 2.34mm chain was in fact the chain that they are selling as a 2.7mm chain.
