My Oris Artelier Moonphase watch clasp opened with little provocation, until I was at a park and lock and took my jacket off and saw it fall from inside my sleeve to the ground destroying the crystal and scratching the stainless. They wanted $375 dollars to repair it, while claiming nothing was wrong with the clasp, though still under warranty. Should a watch come off when you take your jacket off? There is no safety clasp, perhaps it's an Oris faux pas, but World of Watches / Swiss Watch International should have fixed it no charge, or given me a new one. I signed up for the weightnot program with Reveal MedSpa in the Washington DC area. A few days later I had to move back to my hometown in Idaho to help with my mother who is ill. I did not use any of the services and called Reveal to request a refund. They said that they would refund my money. The charge was on June 28, 2010 and as of September 22, 2010 I have not seen any refund. I have called several times and was told that they are backed up and it should happen anyday. Yes, they will pay you $23 an hour for Talk Time but you will be taking incoming calls from customers who want to be transferred to their agent so you will be acting like a receptionist.
