A relaxing time turned out to be a nightmare. The couples massage in a room not fit for the two technicians. Moving the massage table three times with the customer lying face down. Asking the customer to remove clothing and place it on a chair. No showers or dressing gown available for the customers. One technician was coughing during the entire event.
