I had a fractional service completed on 7/21/09. I was burned by the service and it took over 4 months to clear. I complained to the doctor on 2 occasions. None the less, I paid for half of the proceedure before the date and owed the second half on the day of the service. Salon is not clean, towels in spots, the feet bath used by previous custmer was splashed with a water twice, his nails cuttings and skin shavings were barely swipped with a towel. I went to their office because they were offering a special on cleaning and xrays. I was told I needed a crown which I agreed to have done. Sam, the receptionist came in to tell me about a dental plan they had to offer but she did not tell me it was mandatory to enroll at that time since their office was giving me a discount on the crown. Now they are calling me saying I owe them $111 more for the dental plan even though the phamplet says this plan is voluntary. I would like to complain about two things. First, I would like to complain about the Osburn Hybrid-35 Pellet Insert. We had an awful experience with this stove. PLEASE BEWARE!!! I was sold a set of invisalign and treatment. Was treated for the first ten months...had pre peid for all of my trays and treatment in advance and one day I showed up for an appointment and the doors were closed and they were out of business. I have been promised a refund by each of these people, one rep actually lied on her notes (Cece) stating I had agreed to a partial refund. She never even mentioned a partial to me, which I would Never had agreed to. I have been hung up on, and have never met more ruder people in my life. I sent the faulty battery back to the company with ALL their required paperwork. They promise a turn around of 14 days yet it has been over a month and they will not return my phone calls, faxes, or emails. You can only leave voice mail as no one answers the phone. I spent 200.00 on the jacket as a christmas present for my husband thru Brookstone and the battery only worked for a few days. It is supposed to heat the jacket. Everytime i visit Starbucks Egypt ( and am a regular customer), the cashier says e.g. LE 19.75 where I pay LE 20 ! When i asked why, the employee claimed that these are taxes. I actually took the receipt and checked it and found the details of what i pay. I found that the LE 19.75 are actually including taxes. I dont care about the damn 25 piasters but the sum of what i paid with these unexplained few piasters could get me a cup of coffee !
