I had seen the commercial for the Ciabata Club and thought that it would be great. So in a hurry this am, I stopped by one of our local Burger Kings to order one. There was no one else in the drive thru but I did have to wait a few minutes-not a problem. But when I got my order and found my sandwich to be cold, I was very disappointed. Terrible Hair cut. Production Line service, just like an old army movie where then new recruits are given a buzz cut, except a mop of hair is left on the top. I called and complained and was told "I'm so sorry", not "come back in and I'll try to fix it." They knew it was a crummy hair cut and couldn't fix it. My brother recently ate a roast beef wrap at this particular diner. He then ended up with a severe case of food poisoning. I also ate a roast beef sandwich but I still do not know if I will get sick. But I did recook it in the Foreman grill and hopefully it killed off any bacteria that was in the sandwich. This place needs to be checked and see what is wrong with their roast beef.
