I was in not too long ago at the Upland, CA location. The sales associate (Jessica) who had rung me up had been extremely helpful not to mention very sweet and kind. I too have been a victim of this SCAM of a company. They have contracted a calling centre to handle all calls, cancellations, complaints etc. I received my "junk" of a product AFTER the return time window and had to pay nearly $40.00 in Long Distance fees to cancel. We purchased a pair of Uggs from uggstarboots.com. They advertise an authentic product and good sale prices. The boots arrived from Singapore and are completely FAKE. They say they sell lace wigs, Indian Remmy but come to find out the lace wigs they are selling are worth $60.00 . They are synthetic, or somehow mixed.
