I took my coat to get dry cleaned. I picked it up and noticed the buttons had fallen off! I was told she would talk to her supervisor and have her come out and examine the coat. I called back and found out the supervisor never even came to look at the coat. The worker told her she thought it was a manufacturer defect. I was told to take the coat back to the store and get a refund. I bought the coat over a year ago and it wasn't even in this state. This product charges a hidden fee of $126.42 as a membership fee for one year. You are not aware of this really. When I called to cancel, they said you cannot cancel even though on the website it gives a number under cancellation policy and really leads you to think that you can cancel.
