I just want to make people aware that this system for taking your jewelry and precious gems and just giving you money without checking ownership first is unbelievable to say the least. I recieved a package of medications from Frank Tehada Veterans medical center in San Antonio, Texas. The package was torn in many places. There was one rip across the entire package from one end to the other. There were the discriptions of the meds in the package, as well as markings on the meds themselves stating how many were enclosed. Iam missing one inhaler, which is a months supply. I called AHS on Sunday to file a service request on our hot water heater. I heard back from them on Monday as it was a weekend. A plumber looked at the heater on Tuesday and verified it needed to be replaced but moved over a few feet to be up to code.
