Tried to cancel this when I found the charges made to my credit card - charges that I NEVER approved. The products sent out for the "free trial" were really awful and my son (for whom I requested the trial) tossed them both out after trying. In July I signed up to pay $2 for a trial offer of Tea Francais tea. The next day I noticed a charge of $39.97 on my bank statement for my Visa debit card. I would like to tell you about the company I was driving for it should have had the name Nightmare Trucking. Several things happened to lead me to this conclusion and they are as follows: 1. The company had problems allowing me to fuel up. The fuel gauge did not work in the truck and they picked where I could fuel and usually only allowed 50 to 150 gallons at time. I used to be able to buy Women's 550 Relaxed fit jeans that were 100% cotton...now the only jeans that I can find ANYWHERE have lycra/spandex in them. Applied for 10 day trial for $1.00 then immediately sent out 3 month supply and charged credit card. The trial basically ended before i received the product. The trial started the day that the order was placed. Therefore not giving even 8 days to try the product and already received first shipment during the trial period. Checked this registry and found it was associated with a Lottery scam as well as this employment/Phishing scam. This sender needs to be found, shut down and prosecuted for their illegal activities. I canceled my membership after 12 months, they continued charging me for 15. First they said cancellation by phone did not count, then I canceled in person in writing on Oct 10, they billed me again Nov. 17th. Have written proof. I rescinded permission to use my credit card number both to them and to the credit card company, they continued to use my credit card number rather than sending paper bills to me. Credit card company has record of my call to them as occurring on Oct 12th. I have no way of getting my card number out of their hands. I signed a contract with Linda's Consignments in June 2008 to sell some very expensive clothes several times over this past year. They sent me the wrong vitamins, then told me I had to pay for shipping to return them for a refund, but failed to tell me there would be a restocking fee of 25-50%.
