AnyTime Fitness is a front for "month to month" fitness membership. I stopped going in Sep 09, my membership was month to month, at a rate of 56.00 for me and my ex girlfriend. I visited this clinic in July 2009 for a followup test to my Lymes diagnosis in June 2009. When the nurse injected to take my blood, I had excruciating pain. I have never had any trouble giving blood in my entire life. Dr. Weinman came in and completed the blood test. He called to advise the test was still positive and to repeat the test in a few weeks. On the phone the computer takes your CC info then tells you the pudding insert it $10.00 extra. This is clearly not true if you watch the add. Took a trial offer for $1.95 plus shipping. When trial arrived an invoice was inside saying product would be shipped at $83.95 if not canceled within 14 days. We called and wanted to cancel the order and got someone who could not speak or understand English. After about 1/2 hour later they did say it was canceled.
