I usually dont complain and because I cant find a website to complain to maybelline direct I will do it here. My mother and I purchased 2 of the new define-a-lash waterproof mascaras to give them a go, and when we took them home and opened them within a week of purchasing we found that neither of them has a brush for us to actually use them, of course we didnt keep the receipt from the store as we thought what could possibly be wrong with mascara, so we could not get any exchange let alone refund not impressed, how many people have had this problem and waste there hard earned money that is for some, difficult to come by these days. read full review »

I was given the option of becoming a member of Seattle Coffee direct. I would receive two coffees of my choice and two stainless steel mugs for $2. That was on Friday 8/21/09. I looked at my bank statement today and see not only is the $2 charged out of my account, but also an amount of $38.95! WHAT!!! When I tried to cancel my membership by logging in, I get a message that there is a problem with my email address. Yeah, right! Due to a job change we have AVMED, I went to the pharmacy to renew a prescription and AVMED refused to cover it. They say I need a form filled out by the doctor. I have run out of the medicine and in pain. I called AVMED and asked for help and what I should do. They recomended I go to the ER. It is insane to not authorize a needed prescription, to contain costs, then recomend the ER which will be thousands of dollars. Likewise my condition is worsening which may infact cost more.
