When you call the number they supply you get an answering service in India who give you the run around and claim you have to send a fax of the charges to the company to receive a refund. I took a very expensive pair of shoes to Crazy Jacks to have the heel repaired (small flat heel). He charged $15 when I took them in. When I picked them up, it looked as though he had used a paring knife on the leather just above the heel. HOWEVER, 4 days later the item had not shipped. when I again contacted customer service, they said it would arrive on friday (7 days after ordering), and shipping would be 4-7 days (ups). I purchased a hair removal package from American Laser Centers in June of 2006 at the Metairie, Louisiana corporate owned clinic. For years, I have heard people complain about "Bob the smiling guy with a hard-on for life" and all the commercials of the like- commercials that suggest medicine can improve one's libido. However, those complaining seem to be those who haven't actually tried it. Somehow when ordering a Viseo Professor product, This product must have been attahed. My gym bag was stolen from the ladies locker room (yes, I had a lock on the locker).
