I signed up and only had part of the money, well it came to m attention that my doctor had other plans for my weight loss under their suppervision. they sent in a letter to them telling them so and so i could get a refund. but no, then they call me and tell me that i need to come in and sign some papers and bring in the papers they gave me. all they gave me was the copy of the contract, some brochures. they are going to be hearing from my lawyer. they told me that the only way to get a refund and get out of the contract was by a doctor, they did not sayanything else. the next person they are going to be talking to is the courts read full review »

Dr Isam Ibrahim at sears dental of niles told me 1 year ago that i had 8 cavities upon my cleaning with him. Six months
ago he told me that I had 10 cavities. This week i went to another dentist that was the Sears dental in boardman and he said i had only 2 cavities. I never had the 8 or 10 filled because it was so expensive and it just seemed mpossible for me to have that many cavities because i brush 3 to 4 times a day and floss 3 to 4 times a week. I was working for Rockland 2 summers ago. When interviewed, I was totally lied to about pay, the job itself, and all of its requirements. The employees are basically taught to lie to potential customers about the services Rockland offers. I booked a table at restaurant Awana for 7.30 pm on Saturday 18/04/09. In addition I also ordered a birthday cake for my father’s 65th birthday by email. This was not acknowledged by any of the staff. When we first arrived we were early and sat at the bar. We were then promptly seated right at the front entrance. This table was in a poor location as people and the waiters/waitress were constantly walking past our table. I called the doctors office today! It was not the first time I had to call them to schedule an appointment. This is not the first time I was treated this way... The office worker that picked up the phone was nasty to me, treated me like an idiot, called me "honey"- not in a "honey" kind of way. This was the same office worker that I usually talk to. This happened about 4 times now...everytime I talk to this person. Today during the Drive Inn Happy hour I ordered a Real Fruit Strawberry Slush. Normally when I purchase one of these it is very thick and so full of slushy Ice that it is hard for the liquid to come through the straw. Today was a different matter, there was very little ice in it, and the contents was very weak and had very little fruit, what a disappointment. Maybe I need to seek another business for my evening treat.

Once I recieved the product on April 22, 2009, I realize the jeopardy if I did not cancel. The accompanying light (to enhance the whitening process) did not work. So, I had these 2 reasons to call their advertized telephone # 866-660-5724. It rings, you get a recording saying it is easy to cancel, then you are asked to stay on the line for a customer service agent. I received the first order of foot patches in november. and then qfl charged me for another order, which I sent back and cancelled, then l in December they billed me again $54.94, I finally received the first refund of $54.94 the last part of December for the first $54.94, but they still have not refunded me for the second order. Their office staff lost a script which I had had faxed to them. Then the front desk help Debbie and Lynne refused to look for it (on the desk they were currently standing at) saying "That's not what we do". They refused to put me in contact with their supervisor Lisa Cruz and hung up one me.
When I finally got a hold of Lisa Cruz and Dr. Jurasek (the owner) they were more eager to defend the staff then address my complaint. The most response I got was 'we'll talk to them'.

What people in their right mind would allow such a commercial? We used to go to Burger King a few times a month. My children will never step foot in there again.
