I received a a nice little ring as a gift, it was from this Zale's in rehoboth, Tanger outlets. I am walking on the beach just a day later and wouldn't you know it, I look down, and the setting is empty!! The stone was gone. I took the ring back and explained how the stone fell out somewhere. Buyer beware!!! Thiefs!!! I have the same issue as others on this site regarding Ugg boots purchased as a x-mas gift for the wife. At least two sizes too small. Obviouosly counterfeit. This is a complaint about the Sonic Drive In St Francisville, Louisiana. This is the worst Sonic I think in the State. The parking lot is so torn up that you risk tearing up your vehicle pulling up to a stall. When it rains the parking lot is like a lake with a million huge potholes that you can't see. Next the food tastes good, but it looks terrible. When i order a double cheese burger it's so flat that I have to double check to make sure it's not a single. With this trial product I was ALSO promised a free tube of Colgate toothpaste, free Colgate Floss and Free Colgate toothbrush. I received NONE of these. Harrassing phone calls from World Financial Capital Bank for jewelry not received and one empty box which the local postmaster wrote on the invoice, stamped it and sent it back to them. It has been noted on several websites that Dooney and Burke's coveted IT Bag uses defective material. The material used to make the bags turns yellow regardless of sunlight, heat exposure etc. I have had by bag for 18 months. I spent over $200.00 on that bag. I too was scammed by this company many years ago. I was in high school, and when I joined I wanted to make sure that I would be able to cancel my membership because I was going to go to college out of state. I have had a total of 10 major billing errors. One medical test they never submitted to my insurance until 2 years later when I went back and checked. They will turn things over to collections that I have paid for, they do not return calls nor letters. When there is an error on the part of how much something was or that they billed me for something I did not receive; they just ignore it and send it directly to collections. I called the company, FWM Laboratories, only to be told (after waiting for @ 10 minutes on hold) that it was in the fine print that if I didn't cancel this 30 day trial membership, I would be charged this amount for the bottle. I went through the drive up window and ordered a 3 piece meal, white, using a coupon I received in the mail for $5.49. My order was filled with the receipt showing 3 pc meal white, $7.69, with $2.20 discount, which was correct. However, when I got home my take out meal was actually a thigh and two drumsticks, instead of breast and wings. I gave the chicken to my dog because I don't eat dark meat. I didn't return to the store because it is difficult for me to get in and out of the house very often, which is another reason I use the drive up to order.
