The products were delivered to Australia barely within the 14 day return trial offer when my credit card was debited for $122 australian dollars to pay for the product. I got sucked into an internet ad to try the acai berry product as a free sample, and then somehow signed up for the Power Flush 500 free sample as well. In the lengthly web advertisement they show you a picture of the manual that you think you are ordering and when you complete the sales process it turns out to be a download. I was not interested in an e-book and had no way to back out at this point. I have been covered under Anthem Blue Cross via COBRA since 1/1/09. Anthem is supposed to cover 20 combined acupuncture and/or chiro visits per year as per my plan agreement. Our dr wrote a prescription for 10 vials of Insulin for a 90 day supply. The company filled it for 7 vials. They used an old prescription order and said they would call the doc to verify the addtional needed vials. Even though I went back on the website and got a phone number they still did not and adamantly refused to give me a refund even though I offered to send the entire bottle back unused. I finally had to cancel my bank card with my bank for all the fraudulent charges by acaidetox. I will billed nearly 200.00 dollars after the product was returned and cancelled. On the day I came back for my cleaning they conveniently said the dental hygienist was behind but I could get my other work done.
