I never received my free trial offer, after spending 2 hours on the phone, about 8 calls all together, I was disconnected 5 time, left 2 phone messages, and then retrieved my email from placing the order. Replied to them regarding my order. no -one called me back. I did receive an email stating what day the order went out and that they would extend my trial for 2 more weeks. I wish I had found this complaint site first! I would NEVER have tried the "free" trial products. The link I clicked on said I would be charge $14 s&h for a free trial. They actually signed me up for a monthly membership for 69.99 per month. I called and was told I was informed about the membership and trial period. I WAS NOT. They CAN NOT and WILL NOT help you in anyway. I called several times from different phone and each time they say I am breaking up and they can not hear me and hang up. I bought a diamond ring 2 days before Christmas for about $2500. I going to put it on my credit card but was sold their 90 day same as cash credit card deal. Approval took about 5 minutes as my credit is excellent. I paid off $1000 in January. $1000 in Febuary. And the ballance in March. With that apyment schedule I received a late payment penalty of $39 on a minimum payment due of $37 and a negative credit report. I spent $54 bucks on this stuff and it did absolutely NOTHING!. I just want to warn other people that a $10 dollar plumper gloss at the drug store may do more, at least it tingles. I went to Dr. Gouterman for a hair loss problem. 25 years earlier I had been diagnosed by another doctor with alopecia areata, a condition in which the hair comes out at the roots. It doesn't break off as with overuse of hair products and is generally not caused by them. First of all, a 14 day trial should begin once one is able to use the product. How are we to know if we like it if not allowed the full 2 weeks reommended. Secondly, my account was charged before my trial was over, the same with the Rezveratrol product. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau and am sending back all of the product as I did not even try the Lift SP. TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN. Early in August, quite by accident, while in the emergency room, I was fund to have a very small malignancy on my right kidney. I went to my PPO and had a MRI to confirm it. I had septorhinoplasty on Nov 20 2008. My doctor ordered a perscription for me to be filled at Walgreens. When I went to pick it up they only had part of the amount ordered. They charged me my co-pay of $25 and when I went to pick up the rest the next day they charged me another $25. A friend of mine had this same thing happen at CVS.
