My neighbor has recently purchases a pair of eye glasses from Lenscrafters and didn't have a very pleasent customer service experience. ON 1-27-09 time warner cable had send one of there worker out to come turn off my internet. he showed poor workmen ship. He told me he would turn the modem in. But he did not leave me no paper work or nothing. Plus he did not take the cords that go to it.So I call the time warner that same day and told them what happen. They told me I had to wait 14 working days befor they could tell me anything. So after waiting 14 days I call back they gave me a tracer number it is 1106678. they told me to call back in a week to see if they found out anything. This has been going on for a month. I too was scammed. I ordered the free trial and payed the $4.95 for the shipping and then a few weeks later was charged $87.65. I called and they said they will not refund the money and hung up on me. Make sure you cancel Fit Factory as well or that will be an additional charge on your credit card for $19.95, I found that out when I was calling about the other money. Their number is 866-407-1022. Like others have said - they are the worst company for returns I have ever come across. I have been a loyal customer for years and they suddenly decided that I did not return something in time and will not credit my card as I requested. A 30 day return policy is ludicrous for an internet catalog company - 30 days could easily be the time it takes to receive the package, return it the same day, and then they would probably not really look at it for another month!
