i went in and ordered a foot long sweet onion chicken teriyaki sandwitch.Came home sat down to eat with my 18 month old daughter.first bite was mostly bread, then the second bite tasted a little funny so the third biet i spit it out, opened up the sandwitch and saw that my chicken stipes were black and moldy looken... i was disgusted called them right away. Ordered produce on web site, then had second thought. Tried to contact by phone and talked to Kevin Rogers on the 20th of Feb. He said that Could not give me authorization number until I got the product in. Received produce on 23rd of Feb 2009. We decided that we did not want any more of the Product so we told them not to send anymore but to cancel any more orders and not to charge our credit card with any more charges. Ironman Fitness uses outside manufacturers to make their products and they simply apply the Ironman name. When you buy an ironman product you are not told that the warranty is through the manufacturer instead of Ironman Fitness. Mike Schwartz was very rude on the phone and I was a loyal customer. I was overcharged and when I spoke to him about it he indicated that he would refund me but calls back went to voice mail and I never got anything back. I went in for highlights and low lights and left with orange hair and an aching scalp.
