However, if you do not call them within 20 days of ORDERING the product, not receiving it, you will be charge $88.97, and I was. I, too, ordered the acaiberry but had no literature included with the product. After many attempts, I canceled any further orders and returned a 2nd shipment with a RMA number. I've yet to be reimbursed the $94.57 debited from my account. I canceled my debit card and continue to try to get a response from them. I am Bank of America customer since 1992. I have checking and saving A/C. I am not reluctant to use ATM card except for grocery. In my understanding overdraft is when I could use check and fail to see my balance and keep on writing checks for different usage, but in my case whenever I used ATM card for grocery purpose on debt there is no way of knowing my balance. I too have been a victim of this scam. I ordered that acai berry and poma cleanse "free trials" where you just pay shipping. I rec'd the acai berry and it warned me I'd be charged within 14 days, but charged the next day. I've since corrected that product problem but can't get a hold of anyone for this other charge with the pomacaicleanse. My recommendations are to not fall for these like I did, if you find some health product you are interested in go to your local GNC and ask them for the product or something much similar. I ordered a FREE sample of this product- Intra Cleanse which stated you had to pay shipping and handling and you would recieve a FREE sample of this cleansing roduct. Once recieved, it states on the infomation insert that if you do not return the unused portion within two weeks your account will be charged $88.73!!
