I answered an ad for acai berry with a payment of 4.95 shipping only. I received the product and an additional charge of $79.95 was made on my bank card on Dec. 10, 2008. I tried to reach someone to reverse that charge, but hit a dead end. After that, a charge of 19.95 showed up on my bank statement on Dec. 16. I talked to someone at fitfac and was told that charge would be removed. It's still there. Today another charge for 79.95 showed up on my bank statement. I signed up for a free trial of tri-slim on the internet and I was charged from Fit-fac for 19.95. The web-site stated that you had to pay for shipping. On the left there were all of these advertisements. In the advertisements it signed you up for Fit-Fac. They also charged me for shipping plus 149.00 for 3 months of the diet pills. I returned two blouses to Roamans, both of them being defective. One had a stain on it from the dark brown trim bleeding into the fabric, the other had on unsewn area around the neckline. Acia Berry Maxx makes it impossible for you to cancel your order. I hadn't received my order after 3 weeks and decided to cancel my order. I tried calling several times but was put on hold and then disconnected. I finally got through to their answering service, apparently at their lunch time, and was told to go to [email protected] and cancel my order. The website does not give you the option to cancel it tells you to call to cancel. I finally received my order and after trying it out it did not work for me. Today a charge of $69.40 showed on my debit card, which I didn't authorize. I authorized a purchase of $7.32 for a sample. On September 17, 2008 I ordered a road bike money clip from Skystone and Silver. The clip was $120 and they charged my credit card right away. They advertise a DVD called "GOOGLE PRO" a work from home guide, which you'll never receive in the mail. The charge is $3.88 for S/H, but what they don't tell you is that they are also going to charge you an additional fee (in my case $72.21) in a weeks trial period, without having received the DVD or getting acquainted with the website.
