No mention was made, at least to my knowledge, that I would be charged an additional $88.97 for whatever. That amount of $88.97 was taken from my checking account without my permission. I worked for werner in 2006, This was the worst experience I ever had. My first trainer was a female, she would go to the bathroom in the truck in a garbage can then tie the bag up and put it on the floor. Sometimes she would have 4 or 5 bags of urine in the truck. Company is ripping you off by getting credit card information and then charging you monthly because you signed up for a contract and didn't know you did. i agree with all the things i read here i too did order these diet pills unaware of the additional charges that would appear later in my bank account so when i found out about the charges i called the company to have them stop the charges to my account and i got told the only way to get my money back was i had to order another bottle next month for 49.99 and that was the only way i would get my money refunded. Went in to Smart Style (inside our local Wal-Mart) today for cut, color and highlights. Paid a ridiculous amount of money for no results. Was offered a refund, but was told I would have to wait 8-12 weeks to get it, which is unheard of at any legit company.
