I purchased A bottle of diet pills on May 30, and i used the tracking # for the item on USPS website and it said it had delivered on June 2, 2008. but the post office or mail delivery person knows of any package that was supposed to be delivered. Gold's Gym, Malden MA. It appears just like all other Gold's Gyms this one is in on the "contract" scam. We were given a very long talk by the Gold's Gym "operative" who told us that we would be able to cancel, and we stupidly signed a contract. Where has customer service gone? Evidently not to this DQ! One several occasions I have had snotty service, just dripping in bad attitude. Costco's drug prices may be cheaper, but the amount of time you'll spend on the phone because customer service reps don't follow through with what they say they will do, will leave you so frustrated, you'll gladly pay a higher price elsewhere. We have been trying to figure out why Fig Newtons have gotten so sorry. They are now made in Mexico. They are smaller, advertising of twice the fruit is false (small print when compared to a Kelloggs strawberry nutra bar ... duhhhh), cookie falls apart, has hard objects that will break your jaw, scorched almost black and tastes like crap. I brought a jet Ski to their service center and my son almost died due to their lack of follow through and review. They did not check to make sure a cable was calibrated on the SeaDoo jetski that they should have been more responsible to verify what was done was correct. Due to this my son was hit by the jetski due to the lack of steering and has gone thru 3 surgeries due to this. As far as the owner what a savvy LIAR!
