Doctor Mark Hoffmann acquired me as a patient about a year and a quarter ago and I indicated my concern for a colonopsony. I asked at every appointment and still nothing got done. I found that I was a year and a quarter overdue for the procedure. I believe Hoffmann was malicious because I had indicated that I was an ant-war Viet Nam Vet. Later he made a derogatory statement indicating that I had done wrong to my fellow vets. Hoffmann should not be a practicing doctor! I was badly injured in an eighteen wheeler accident, and was directed by the company I worked for to Dr. Fisher for a diagnosis. I was in alot of pain and could not move my neck or get up and down hardly at all. I purchased a scooter from Sunny Sports/Scooter Depot. I have had nothing but problems with it since I received it (later than promised). First, I paid extra to have it delivered with a lift truck but it came with one driver and no lift so I had to find someone to help the driver unload it. Towards the end of last summer, I bought three pairs of Crocs Prima shoes. One thing I liked about these shoes was that they were described as slip-resistant, and that they were suitable for wear in wet weather/wet areas.
