I called them and they did agree to reverse the charge of $99.98 in 7 to 10 business days. I am going to call back to have them reverse the $4.97 charge as well. I had a very hard time understanding the lady that I talked to. She had a very heavy Asian accent. I had enrolled in the AARP Part D Plan in the enrollment period December 2005, Humana was alot cheaper at that time, so in the same month I enrolled in Humana. make sure you understand the contract terms and no cancellation from day 1 or minute 1. The contract terms state taht there are no cancellation other then statutory rights which doesn't mean 7 days as I thought.
