I just want to see if anyone else has this problem. I've been getting phone calls from strange numbers from different states ... some from Nevada, some from Maryland and California and other random states. They say they are going to mail a kit. Should receive it in 1-5 days and you have a 7 day trail period to cancel. The kit is 1.95. They never sent the kit; charge me for and 5 days later before the trail period is up they charged me 39.95. Plus I had cancelled them right away. They will not refund my account. Ordered the advertised 5ft Muskegee Crape Myrtle. Received a bundle of 5 pencil thin twigs coming out of a ball that including the ball (18 inches) was 5ft. Called company to return but there is a no return policy. Managed to receive $20 discount in return. Off of $99 it is still expensive. 3 months later still a twig but with some leaves. I took a look at my back statements and for 2 months I have had $39.95 taken out two times without my permission. this is a company that will promise you that they will get your loved out of prison through a supreme court petition that costs 10, 000.00. I paid them 10500.00 for that petition and to do a 2255 for my son, neither was accomplished. the 2255 was time bared becasue they did not do it in time or in the proper motion. they had 14 months to do it it. Crystal started calling us last November (2008) telling us we owe Cross Country Bank for a credit card bill. I sent her a letter we recieved saying they would take a lesser, settlement offer in October of 2007. And we sent them the $877. 00 the wanted. I sighned up for a cd thats suppose to show you how to get grant money. It was full of nothing that meant nothing.
