I hired the Law firm to represent me in a civil case, the first question I asked when the firm was hired was did they have enough time to file the necessary paperwork due to the timing of the discovery. I have been with the settlement program since 2007. At first things seem to be fine I understood that I had a retainer fee for attorney's and that my escrow would receive fund from my monthly installments.
